Terms of Service — Nextwaves Stores

By booking a repair with Nextwaves Stores — whether in-store, via pickup, or on-site — you agree to the following terms.

2.1 Service Options

You may bring your device to our store in person, or book a repair online through our website/booking link for one of two service types:

- Pickup: We collect your device from your location, diagnose the issue and share a quotation. Once you approve it, we complete the repair and

  deliver your device back to you.

- On-Site: A technician visits your location to perform quick repairs on the spot (see our Services page for which repairs qualify for on-site

  fixing).

Online booking is limited to Pickup and On-Site service types only.

2.2 Service Area Pickup and on-site services are currently available within Thane only. Customers outside this area are welcome to visit our store directly.

2.3 Diagnosis & Quotation All repairs begin with a diagnosis. We will provide a clear quotation before any repair work begins. Work will not proceed without your approval of the quotation.

2.4 Minimum Visit Charge Pickup of your device is free of charge. However, if you decline to proceed with the repair after we have diagnosed the issue and provided a quotation, a minimum visit charge of ₹300 applies, payable at the time of visit or before your device is returned.

2.5 Device Condition You confirm that any information you provide about your device's condition and issue is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Nextwaves Stores is not responsible for pre-existing damage not disclosed at the time of booking, or for issues that arise independently of the repair performed (e.g., unrelated hardware failure).

2.6 Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to decline a repair if, upon inspection, we determine the device cannot be safely or reliably repaired, or if the damage falls outside the scope of services we offer.

2.7 Timelines Repair timelines will be communicated at the time of quotation and may vary based on parts availability and the complexity of the issue.

2.8 Payment Payment is due upon completion of the repair and before the device is returned to you (or, in the case of a declined repair, the ₹300 minimum visit charge is due before your device is returned to you).

2.9 Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
