Refund & Cancellation Policy — Nextwaves Stores

4.1 Cancellations Before Service You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge at any time before a technician is dispatched for pickup or on-site visit, or before you drop off your device at our store.

4.2 Cancellations After Visit/Pickup If a technician has visited you on-site, or your device has been picked up and diagnosed, and you decide not to proceed with the repair after receiving the quotation, the ₹300 minimum visit charge applies. This is not refundable, as it covers the diagnosis and visit already carried out.

4.3 Refunds on Completed Repairs Once a repair is completed and the device is returned to you in confirmed working order, no cash refund will be issued. If a defect covered under our Warranty Policy arises within the applicable warranty period, we will re-repair the device free of charge rather than issue a refund.

4.4 Non-Refundable Charges The ₹300 minimum visit charge (Section 4.2) and any parts already ordered or fitted at the time of cancellation are non-refundable.

4.5 Disputes If you believe a repair was not completed satisfactorily, please contact us at +91 8879294999 within the applicable warranty period so we can review and resolve the issue.
